Symposium on Broadband Wireless and Satellite Communication Systems will be held as an integral part of the ICC 2003 Conference in Anchorage, AK, USA from 11 May to 15 May 2003. The conference will consist of Tutorials, Workshops, Business Application Sessions, and Technical Sessions. The Technical Sessions are structured as part of a General Conference and eight planned Symposia that will be held simultaneously (same dates and location). Attendees will have full access to all Symposia. All accepted papers (after peer review by experts in the field) will be included in the ICC2003 Conference Proceedings. The Technical Sessions will describe significant research as well as innovative development and applications. We solicit original papers describing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of communications. Proposals for panels, tutorials, and workshops should be submitted to Prof. Tony Ephremides, Dr. Zoran Kostic or Satchandi Verma at tony@glue.umd.edu zkostic@ieee.org or satchandi.verma@trw.com.
