The conference will consist of Tutorials, Workshops, Business Application Sessions, and Technical Sessions.
The Technical Sessions are structured as part of a General Conference and eight planned Symposia that will be held simultaneously (same dates and location). Attendees will have full access to all Symposia.
All accepted papers will be included in the ICC2003 Conference Proceedings.
The Technical Sessions will describe significant research as well as innovative development and applications.
We solicit original papers describing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of communications.
